I’m Grace Asibi, a Ghanaian entrepreneur and CEO of Einstein Royalty Corporation.
What started in 2014 as a passion for fashion and hospitality in Ghana has grown into ER Fashion Brand — a global label known for bold designs, timeless elegance, and empowering people through style.
From humble beginnings to dressing clients across continents, our journey proves that vision + hard work cross borders. Today Einstein Royalty is proudly registered in Ghana and the USA as Einstein Royalty Corporation, bringing African craftsmanship to the world.
ER stands for “Einstein Royalty.” For me, it represents reimagining elegance for the modern world. I blend traditional techniques with contemporary styles to create pieces that tell the story of our heritage.
The ER Suits line was born from frustration and a desire for change. The lack of African representation in luxury fashion fueled my passion to create something unique, meaningful, and impactful.
It wasn’t always easy. There were doubters, and I faced many challenges. But my belief in the vision and the potential for positive social impact kept me going. Seeing the joy on our artisans’ faces and the pride in customers who connect with our designs continues to inspire me.
Since 2014, ER Fashion Brand has received multiple high-profile international awards, including Groundbreaker of the Year at the Asian Fame Awards International Designer League, Dubai 2023. These recognitions reflect our unique appeal, value creation, and commitment to empowering women in rural communities through sustainable practices.
ER Fashion Brand was not created to be “just another luxury label.” It was born from a deep connection to my heritage and a mission to put African culture at the foundation of design, not just as an accent.
My work has been featured in My New York Iconic Magazine, UAE Times Magazine, Dubai Vibes, Saint Tropez VIP Magazine,Liconic Magazine and My New York Magazine.
Media highlights include my first TV interview in the UAE with Yalla TV at the Paramount Hotel, Business Bay Dubai 2023, plus features on Adom FM, Joy Prime TV, and Pan African TV in Ghana.
Beyond fashion, ER is expanding into real estate development, interior décor, shea butter production, and private jet interior design with an African touch.
